Qualified Accountant

ColliCare Logistics is looking for a qualified accountant for our office in Gothenburg

As an accountant at Collicare, you have a broad and varied role. You belong to the finance department and work closely with both our 3 financial assistants but also our business controller, who are also located in Gothenburg. You report to the company's Managing Director in Sweden and have close contact with both the Group's financial controllers and CFOs who are located in Norway.

 

Your work includes, but is not limited to:

• Current recording and accounting
• Accounting and approval of incoming invoices
• Account reconciliations
• Monthly reporting
• Part in the development and improvement of processes and routines
• Part of Budgeting and Financial Forecasting
• VAT and tax declaration
• Ongoing reporting to authorities such as the Swedish Tax Agency, Statistics Sweden and others.
• Financial statements
• Balance reconciliation between the companies within the group

 

Your profile

We are looking for someone who can quickly familiarize themselves with the role and therefore it is of great importance that you are confident in your role as an accountant and have at least 5 years of professional experience in independent accounting work.

As we are a transaction-intensive company, it is extra important for us in the finance department to focus on increased automation and digitalization. We also hope that you are used to proactively seeking ways to work smarter.

As a person, you are flexible and able to quickly adapt and change priorities according to the needs of the business. We are looking for you who are careful, efficient, self-sustaining, structured and initiative-taking. You are comfortable working independently but also see the importance of collaboration with colleagues in the finance department and the rest of the company.

You have a bachelor's or professional degree in accounting or similar, and at least 5 years of experience working in accounting.

In addition, you have good knowledge of both Swedish and English in both speech and writing. If you have previous experience with computer systems Microsoft Dynamics Navision, Carlo, Opter and EyeShare, this is merit. But more importantly, you have good computer skills and can easily familiarize yourself with how new systems work. This is because we work daily in several different economy and transport systems in parallel.

Your experience

You have worked as an accountant or similar for at least 5 years and are independent in the closing process.

You are used to handling financial statements and you have good experience of customer and accounts payable processes

Good knowledge of Excel and you are interested in systems in general

If you have worked in larger financial systems and are used to implementing these, it is merit.
